Use the Satori de-escalation technique; often placed with the more difficult students.

* (2006 – 2009) Thomas Roofing LLC, Emmett, Idaho.  Own roofing and contracting business.  Responsible for financials and hands-on construction work.  Was profitable each year.

Ran and scheduled over 30 contracting jobs with 20 subcontractors.
